The Day Today is an-oft omitted entry into the British Comedy oevre.  It’s difficult to underline Chris Morris’ spoof news show without sounding all tossy and using phrases like “British Comedy oevre”, but I digress.

This is a prime example of the content of the show, a small clip of the news show format, which also features Steve Coogan as the incomparable Alan Partridge.
